I am still trying to establish a schedule for myself.  Every week is so different I will probably never be able to consistently set a schedule, but my goal is to schedule myself into a consistent Yoga and Spinning class as well as set time with the dogs.  I need to schedule because if I don't I could, and sometimes do, work in my office for 14 hours at a time.

That being said, here comes the morning routine does revolve around one thing  -  Two hours of Morning Edition streaming from NPR and then I dash, seriously run, to turn on the TV at 10:00 for 15 minutes with my gal pals KLG and Hoda.

Whew, okay I feel better.  Most people would say these two things are at odds with each other, but it is all about balance people!
